Where do the landlord prices come from?

Listing price and launch seats come from live platform settings. Boost is the amount charged at boost checkout. Prices are in CAD. GST applies where required and is shown at checkout and on the invoice. Subscription rows come from the active plans catalog — if that collection is empty, we show none.

Paid listing fees are refundable on request within 14 days of purchase if the listing never went live (never published or approved). Otherwise they are non-refundable except where the law requires. See the refund policy. We do not hold tenant rent or security deposits.
