- How do I find an apartment for rent in Calgary or Edmonton?
- Search from the home page or open the Calgary, Edmonton, or Airdrie city pages. Filter by type, bedrooms, and max rent, then use map view to check CTrain, ETS LRT, or commute. Tenants never pay to browse.
- Is EazyRental free for tenants?
- Yes. Search, saved searches, tours, inquiries, and applications are free for renters. Landlords pay only if they publish a listing after the launch terms on the pricing page.
- Does EazyRental hold my rent or security deposit?
- No. EazyRental is a marketplace. Leases, rent, and deposits are between you and the landlord. In Alberta, deposit rules come from the Residential Tenancies Act — see our tenancy basics guide and Alberta.ca.
- How do I list a rental in Alberta?
- Create an account, open List your property, add photos and rent, and submit for review. New listings may stay pending until a moderator approves them.
